Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account and use the Services. ero18x strictly enforces this age restriction and requires all Players to verify their age through mandatory KYC procedures. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3.2 Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services.
3.3 Jurisdiction: The Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that your participation does not violate any applicable laws in your country of residence.
3.4 Restricted Territories: Certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing the Platform due to licensing or regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to deny service to Players from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
Online gambling laws in Indonesia operate in a legal grey area. ero18x is an internationally licensed platform operating offshore. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws regarding online gaming. ero18x does not encourage illegal activity and expects all Players to act responsibly and within the bounds of their local legislation.
4.1 Account Creation: To use the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only create one Account. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 KYC Verification: You are required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. This process requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a selfie holding your KTP, and optionally, proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
4.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ero18x immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
4.4 Account Information Accuracy: You must ensure that all information provided during Account registration and KYC verification is accurate and up-to-date. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in Account suspension or termination.
4.5 Third-Party Access: You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain adequate security.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: ero18x accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 30,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your payment method and Account status.
5.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases where processing delays occur, please contact customer support. ero18x does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements: To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and Account history.
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday between 09:00 WIB and 18:00 WIB. Standard processing time is 6-24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
5.7 Wagering Requirements for Deposits: To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Deposits made without any gaming activity may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.
5.8 Anti-Money Laundering: ero18x complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or refuse suspicious transactions at our sole discretion.
6.1 Bonus Terms: All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotional page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%, and live dealer games 15%.
6.3 Maximum Bet While Wagering: When wagering a bonus, the maximum bet allowed is Rp 25,000 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.4 Bonus Expiration: Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after this period.
6.5 Bonus Abuse: ero18x reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Players, using automated betting systems, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
6.6 Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is pending, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited unless the wagering requirements have been met.
7.1 Random Number Generator: All casino games on ero18x use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to verify compliance with industry standards.
7.2 Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and event. In the event of a dispute, ero18x decisions are final. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical glitches, or if the integrity of an event is compromised.
7.3 Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure, all affected wagers and payouts will be void. ero18x is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
7.4 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

8.1 Age Verification: ero18x operates a strict 21+ policy. All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification to ensure age compliance. We do not knowingly allow underage individuals to access the Platform.
8.2 Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, make deposits, or place wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.
8.3 Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. These limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. To set deposit limits, visit the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings.
8.4 Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap your net losses. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further wagers until the period resets.
8.5 Session Time Limits: You may set maximum session durations (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours). When your time limit expires, you will be automatically logged out.
8.6 Reality Check Reminders: You may enable reality check notifications that display pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your session duration and current balance.

9.1 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain 24/7 Platform availability, ero18x does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9.2 Third-Party Services: The Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. ero18x is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
9.3 Loss of Funds: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. ero18x is not liable for losses resulting from your use of the Services, except in cases of proven Platform error or fraud.
9.4 Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ero18x's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Indirect Damages: ero18x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus active bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.
10.2 Termination by ero18x: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:
10.3 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination for breach of Terms, ero18x reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance, including deposits and winnings. We may also report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
10.4 Post-Termination: Following Account termination, you are prohibited from creating a new Account without our express written permission.
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ero18x is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
11.2 Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ero18x customer support to seek an amicable resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
11.3 Final Decision: If an informal resolution cannot be reached, ero18x's decision on the matter shall be final and binding.
